Thank you for your interest in registering for our 2022 Vacation Bible School; we hope you are as excited as we are for this time where we can spend a little more time together learning Biblical truths and teaching them to the children and adults that participate in our program. Our registration process online ensures that we can take proper precautions regarding your children’s dietary needs and make sure everyone has a fun and safe environment to learn from God’s Word.

Please note that if you have more than four children, please submit this form for the first four and it will direct you to this form to complete again until all children have been registered.

  • By clicking submit you agree to release and hold harmless Calvary Road Baptist Church, its officers and agents, from any liability to or responsibility for bodily injury, damage or illness to the above-identified child(ren) while participating in any youth athletic or social activity which may be directly or indirectly sponsored by Calvary Road Baptist Church. Further, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calvary Road Baptist Church, its officers and agents with respect to any claim asserted by or on behalf of my child as a result of bodily injury, illness, or damage.
