We would like to formally invite you to attend our Seventh Annual Men’s Conference, co-hosted by Calvary Road Baptist Church and New Water Baptist Church. We believe that, in this day in which we live, there is a greater-than-ever need for our men to be Strong, Spiritual, and Committed to the Work of God!
Dates: Thursday, October 23rd through Saturday, October 25th
The Lord birthed this meeting in our hearts eight years ago, and it has grown far beyond our original vision. Over the years, God has used this meeting to help grow the hearts and ministries of many of the men who’ve attended, and we are humbled that God would use us in this way. We hope that you will pray about attending!
This meeting is provided free of charge for all who attend, as our churches have partnered together to try and be a source of encouragement, exhortation, and admonition for our brothers in Christ. If your church would like to give a love offering to support the conference, we are happy to accept donations to help with the cost of the meeting. (Note: we will require a small $10 fee to participate in the Golf Scramble on Friday afternoon.)

- Lodging — We are working diligently to secure housing for all attendees. We will have housing on the grounds at New Water Baptist Church for most attendees, but we can only guarantee housing for those who register by the deadline of October 1st.
- Cost — We want to be a blessing to the brethren, so we do not charge a fee for attendance, housing, or meals. We will take up offerings at the meeting to give individuals an opportunity to support the conference, and we are also open to any attending churches to send a love offering to help offset costs.

Golf Scramble — For those planning to attend the Golf Scramble on Friday, Registration by October 1st is mandatory. IMPORTANT CHANGE: Due to increased cost, we have decided to charge a $10 fee for the Golf Scramble this year. If you plan to participate, we will take up your fee for the scramble in person at the conference.
